Networks built for the plant floor, not the boardroom.

Steel buildings that block RF, machinery that throws interference, sensors that cannot tolerate downtime, and a hard line between operational technology and corporate IT. We design industrial networks for the conditions you actually have.

Wi-Fi 7 networking

Multi-gig, segmented, surveyed before install.

Cameras you own

Local NVR storage, no cloud fees.

Door and gate access

Mobile credentials, intercoms, audit logs.

Cabling to code

Cat6A, fiber, documented.

Why it matters

What goes wrong without the right infrastructure

OT and IT have to coexist

PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems cannot share a flat network with email and guest Wi-Fi. Proper segmentation is both a security requirement and an uptime requirement.

Steel buildings punish Wi-Fi

Concrete, steel, metal-clad equipment, and motor noise turn a nominal coverage map into gaps. RF surveys and ruggedized AP placement are the only reliable answer.

Downtime is expensive

An hour of unplanned downtime on a continuous line costs real money. Redundant uplinks, UPS protection, and monitoring that catches problems early are part of the design.

Incidents need documentation

Loading docks, finished-goods staging, and high-value inventory benefit from camera coverage. Safety incidents are easier to investigate when the video exists.

How we help

How each service applies to manufacturing

Networking

Industrial-grade networking with real OT/IT separation.

Plant networks are built differently. We use hardened equipment that handles dust, vibration, and electrical noise, and we segment so a corporate incident cannot reach the line.

  • Industrial PoE switching in NEMA enclosures where needed
  • Ruggedized Wi-Fi 7 APs rated for temperature and dust
  • OT VLANs isolated from corporate, guest, and IoT traffic
  • Redundant uplinks and UPS protection on core equipment
  • RF survey across the floor, warehouse, and yard
  • Remote monitoring with alerts before a failure becomes an outage

Physical Security

Docks, staging, and the floor on one camera system.

Cameras recording locally, door access on the office and shop, and license plate capture at the truck gate. All of it on one platform your plant manager can use.

  • Cameras on docks, staging, high-value inventory, and the floor
  • License plate recognition at truck and employee gates
  • Local NVR with retention sized for your incident window
  • UniFi Access on offices, tool cribs, and controlled areas
  • Alerts for after-hours motion in restricted zones

Structured Cabling

Cabling that survives the environment.

Industrial cable runs deal with heat, vibration, conduit, and long distances. We specify the right jacket, the right path, and fiber where copper cannot reach.

  • Cat6A in conduit or cable tray along the floor
  • Fiber to remote buildings, yard cameras, and distant IDFs
  • Industrial-rated jacks and enclosures at machine locations
  • Grounded, properly bonded racks in the plant IDF
  • As-built drawings that match the facility plan

Managed IT & Cybersecurity

Front office IT without touching the line.

Engineering workstations, ERP access, and office laptops need patching and protection, but not at the cost of production uptime. We manage corporate endpoints and accounts on a schedule that respects the plant, run CrowdStrike on the IT side, and keep identity and access tight so a compromised office account cannot reach the OT network.

Uptime

The network should never be the reason the line stops.

We design for failure: redundant paths, UPS on the core, monitoring that alerts before something breaks, and a documented network so any technician can find the problem fast.

What a typical manufacturing deployment looks like

Light manufacturing, 60,000 sq ft

Production floor, warehouse, shipping docks, front office, and truck yard.

Networking

  • Industrial PoE switching in floor enclosures
  • Ruggedized Wi-Fi 7 APs on the floor and in the warehouse
  • OT and corporate VLANs with firewall rules between them
  • Redundant uplinks and UPS

Security

  • Cameras on docks, staging, floor, and yard
  • LPR at the truck gate
  • NVR with 90 days local storage
  • UniFi Access on office, tool crib, and server room

Cabling

  • Cat6A in tray and conduit
  • Fiber to the yard and remote warehouse
  • Bonded plant IDF rack
