Wi-Fi and security that hold up on the water.
Marinas, yacht clubs, and boatyards deal with salt air, weather, long docks, and boats that block signal. We design with IP67-rated equipment, outdoor cabling, and coverage that reaches the end of the last pier.
Wi-Fi 7 networking
Multi-gig, segmented, surveyed before install.
Cameras you own
Local NVR storage, no cloud fees.
Door and gate access
Mobile credentials, intercoms, audit logs.
Cabling to code
Cat6A, fiber, documented.
What goes wrong without the right infrastructure
Slips are the new amenity
Boaters expect Wi-Fi at the slip for streaming, work, and boat systems. Coverage that ends at the clubhouse door costs you slip renewals.
Salt air destroys the wrong gear
Consumer equipment fails within a season on the water. Marine deployments need IP67-rated APs, sealed enclosures, and cable rated for sun and salt.
Boats are expensive and easy to walk onto
Cameras on docks, the yard, and the fuel dock, with license plate capture at the lot, give you a record when something goes missing.
Gate codes get shared
Dock gates with mobile credentials and a log replace the code that half the town knows. Access can be tied to slip agreements and revoked when a boat leaves.
How each service applies to marine
Coverage from the clubhouse to the end of the pier.
Weather-rated Wi-Fi 7 access points along the docks, point-to-point links to outbuildings, and a network that separates members, guests, staff, and boat systems.
- IP67-rated outdoor Wi-Fi 7 APs along docks and piers
- Point-to-point wireless links across the basin
- Member, guest, staff, and operations VLANs
- Captive portal tied to slip or membership
- Multi-gig backhaul from the clubhouse
- RF survey with boats in the slips
Docks, yard, and fuel dock on one camera system.
Weather-rated cameras on the docks and in the yard, license plate capture at the lot, and gate access on the docks. Footage records locally to hardware the marina owns.
- Outdoor cameras on docks, yard, fuel dock, and travel lift
- License plate recognition at the parking entrance
- UniFi Access on dock gates and the yard gate
- Video intercom at the main gate
- Local NVR, no per-camera cloud fee
Cable that survives sun, salt, and tide.
Docks move, water rises, and sun degrades jackets. We run outdoor-rated cable in the right conduit, fiber across longer spans, and terminate everything in sealed enclosures.
- Outdoor and marine-rated cable along docks
- Fiber across the basin and to outbuildings
- Sealed enclosures at every dock AP and camera
- Cable paths designed for floating docks and gangways
- As-built drawings for the harbormaster
The marina office, managed.
The office, the ship's store, and the service department run on PCs, slip management software, and shared email. We manage those devices and accounts, keep them patched, run CrowdStrike on every office machine, and handle seasonal staff accounts so access turns on in the spring and off when the season ends.

Every outdoor device is rated for weather and salt, every enclosure is sealed, and every cable path is planned around how docks actually move. The system should still be working in year five.
